About the Role:

Join Scenthound Corporate Centers as a General Sales Manager and lead our passionate team in West Palm Beach, FL! If you love dogs and have a knack for driving sales, this is the perfect opportunity to combine your passion with your career.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a positive environment.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional campaigns.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a retail or service environment.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience in the pet industry is a plus.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive attitude and a love for dogs are essential!
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
