We take pride in providing quality work, honest service, and a positive experience for our customers—and our team members.Key Responsibilities:As a Midas lube & tire technician, you will be exposed to and have responsibility for performing , repairs and maintenance, including:
- Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance services
- Inspect and replace: filters, belts, wiper blades, lights and batteries
- Tire inspection, installations and repairs
- Alignment
- Conduct fluid flushes (brake, power steering, coolant, etc...)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in automotive general maintenance.
- Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.
- Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines and scan tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Own tools.
- Able to service both foreign and domestic vehicles.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bending, reaching, and walking.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
