Shift: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required within the last 2 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Prolucent Health Program - Dartmouth Hitchcock and no current placement allowed at Program: Prolucent Health Program - Dartmouth Hitchcock.

Additional Details:
RNs Only: Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.
Sterile Processing Tech only: Must have experience at a similar sized hospital (minimum 400 bed size)
Surgical Technologist only: Must have Level 1 experience or comparable Level 2 experience (in a larger city/large bed size)
You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you applied for day shift, you can apply for night shift on the same unit & facility, but you cannot apply for day shift at the same unit & facility.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience with all ages groups.
Special Requests: Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved!!
no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Thursday. Weekend Requirements: Yes/Holidays required if needed. On Call Requirements: TBD.
Floating Requirements:
5 days maximum time off
2 references required
