Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 6 months of travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Required Credentials: ARDMS (AB, BR, OB/GYN)
Unit / Facility Details: Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Special Request: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling: Wednesday and Thursday: 11hour shift (7a start) Friday, 10hour shift: (7.30a start)
Weekend Requirements: Part of shift
Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements: TBD
5 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS))
• RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS))
