Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to treat all internal and external customers with respect, embrace your role as a problem-solver who is committed to continual improvement, and exceed guest expectations by living Cove’s Core Values.
- Displays positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
- Keeps shelves stocked when inventory is low.
- Maintains cleanliness of food counters.
- Processes sales of store items, returns, and exchanges following proper procedure.
- Ability to handle end of day deposits to accounting department.
- Maintains knowledge of items sold in store.
- Supports and follows Cove Communities policy at all times.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Superior customer service skills
- Prior cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift, crouch, kneel
- Able to be on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment
