An established construction organization is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee commercial interiors operations throughout the Jacksonville market. This leadership role will focus on workforce planning, scheduling, mentoring, and operational excellence across multiple active projects.

Description

• Lead field operations, manpower planning, and workforce scheduling across multiple projects
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Superintendents and field personnel
• Conduct manpower meetings and oversee resource allocation to support project execution
• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are consistently achieved
• Partner with operations leadership to drive project performance and client satisfaction

Profile

A successful General Superintendent should have:

• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• 10+ years of commercial drywall, ceilings, and metal framing experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role as a Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent
• Strong background managing field teams across multiple active projects
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
