Job Description
Lead field operations, manpower planning, and workforce scheduling across multiple projects. Recruit, mentor, and develop Superintendents and field personnel. Conduct manpower meetings and oversee resource allocation to support project execution. Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are consistently achieved. Partner with operations leadership to drive project performance and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful General Superintendent should have: Effective communication and reporting skills. 10+ years of commercial drywall, ceilings, and metal framing experience. 5+ years in a leadership role as a Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent. Strong background managing field teams across multiple active projects. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
