Description

• Lead superintendents, field teams, and manpower planning across multiple projects
• Oversee hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and field staff development
• Manage workforce scheduling, resource allocation, and productivity targets
• Support project teams with operational leadership and problem resolution
• Mentor superintendents and drive safety, quality, and performance standards

Profile

A successful General Superintendent should have:

• 10+ years of commercial drywall, ceilings, or metal framing experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role such as Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent
• Experience managing field operations across multiple projects and teams
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Degree preferred, although significant industry experience will be considered

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $120.000 to $150.000 USD annually.
