Overview:You've mastered running a jobsite. Now you're ready to run the whole field operation — multiple crews, multiple scopes, and the site-wide decisions that make or break a project.
Prime Controls is hiring a General Superintendent — the top field leadership role on our projects, sitting one step below Construction Manager. This isn't a standard Superintendent seat. We're looking for someone who blends hands-on field authority with the planning, budgeting, and client-facing skills of a Construction Manager.
