2. Project Execution & Quality Control

  • On-Time Delivery: Drive project schedules to ensure installations are completed within budget and time constraints.
  • Blueprint Precision: Read and interpret complex landscape, hardscape, and irrigation plans. Ensure all work strictly meets architectural specs.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular job site visits and inspections to maintain our standards and head off punch list items before job completion.

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Safety First: Enforce company safety programs and OSHA regulations on all jobsites.
  • Site Hazard Prevention: Conduct safety walks and ensure crews have the training and PPE needed for safe physical work in Southwest Florida's unique climate.

4. Communication & Collaboration

  • Operational Alignment: Partner closely with Project Managers and Estimators on scheduling, material logistics, change orders, and issue resolution.
  • Client & Vendor Relations: Act as a main point of contact for builders, general contractors, inspectors, and vendors on-site.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in landscape construction/installation, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep working knowledge of commercial landscape practices, including grading, soil preparation, planting, commercial irrigation systems, drainage, and hardscape features.
  • Bilingual Skills (English/Spanish): Strongly preferred to communicate effectively with our diverse field crews.
  • Local Expertise: Familiarity with South Florida plant material, soil types, and regional installation conditions.
  • Driver's License: Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
