General SuperintendentThe General Superintendent will be responsible for:Lead field operations for ground-up, design-build industrial/warehouse projectsOversee multiple job sites across MA, NH, VT, NY, NJ, and PAMentor and develop project teams, preparing for transition to General SuperintendentCoordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clientsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetDrive quality control and enforce company standards across all sitesUtilize Procore for project tracking, documentation, and reportingSupport operational leadership in preparation for Director-level successionA successful General Superintendent - Ground Up Construction should have:20+ years of construction experience, with strong superintendent backgroundProven success delivering ground-up design-build industrial or warehouse projectsAbility and desire to step into a General Superintendent role in the near termExperience managing multiple projects and traveling across the Northeast regionProficiency with Procore or similar construction management softwareStrong leadership, communication, and team development skillsMust be based west of Boston (preferred) and willing to travelThe General Superintendent will receive:Base salary up to $200,000Profit sharing and performance-based bonus program401(k) with Safe Harbor match and Cash Balance PlanHealth Equity & Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributionsCompany-paid short- and long-term disability and life insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Pet insurance optionsMonthly cell phone reimbursement ($40)Annual safety shoe reimbursement ($100)Employee referral bonus program
