Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered. Minimum 15+ years of commercial construction experience. Minimum 7+ years in a Senior Superintendent or General Superintendent role. Proven experience leading projects exceeding $100 million in value. Demonstrated success delivering large, complex projects such as: Cruise terminals Airports and aviation facilities Municipal and civic buildings Transportation hubs Convention centers Healthcare campuses Higher education facilities Public infrastructure projects Thorough knowledge of construction means and methods across multiple trades. Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and logistics planning. Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety best practices. Ability to read and interpret complex construction documents and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience on Design-Build, CMAR, Progressive Design-Build, and Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects. Experience managing phased construction in active facilities. OSHA 30 certification. LEED Accredited Professional (preferred). Multiple successful large-scale public sector project completions. Experience coordinating commissioning and turnover activities on complex facilities.
