SUMMARY

TheGeneralSuperintendent,Logisticswillmanagethevariousprojectteammembersasit relatestotheircraft.Establishstandards,training,leadershiptrainingfortheconstructionteam and department. This position reports to the Field Operations Manager, or another management personnel that the President may designate. This position is in the USA Corp (IOWA) office. Working hoursare Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or9:00amto 6:00pm local time.Overtimeandweekendhoursasrequired.Thispositionisexpectedtotravelupto100% ofthetime.

ESSENTIALJOBFUNCTION&RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeandcoordinatethelogisticssuperintendentsandtheircraftacrossmultiplepro-jects,ensuringeffectivecoordinationandexecutionoflogisticsplans.
• Develop andimplement processesand procedures to facilitate logisticscoordination and materialtrackingacrossmultipleprojects,includingtooling.
• Provide coaching and development for logistics superintendents, enhancing their skillsandcapabilities.
• Implementtrainingprogramsforteammemberstoensuretheyareequippedwiththe necessaryskillsandknowledge.
• Assistindevelopingdetailedschedulesforalllogisticandoffloadactivities
• Coordinateactivities,schedule,materialprocurement,projectlogistics,andtemporaryfacilityplanswiththeprojectmanagerandfieldstaff
• Review and approve materials/equipment for logistic activities monitoring startup andprogressofthoseactivities,resolvinganyconflictspriortostartingwork
• PreparereportsandcommunicateprogresstoProjectManagers/Directorsasneeded
• Reviewcontractdocumentsandmakeimprovementsuggestionsasneeded
• Collaborate with team members when necessary to ensure effective communication andresults
• Providecostestimation
• Identifyandprojectcostsrelatedtotime,materials,equipment,andlabor
• Trackactualcostsandassesscosteffectivenessofproducts,projects,orservices
