We are representing one of South Florida’s leading high-rise general contractors as it appoints an accomplished General Superintendent to lead a landmark ground-up development in Miami.

This is a genuine leadership position with overall responsibility for field operations, project execution and the team beneath you. You’ll be trusted to drive the project from the ground through structure, envelope, interiors and final turnover.

What we’re looking for

\n

You must have substantial experience delivering large, ground-up high-rise construction projects as a General, Lead or Senior Superintendent.

\n

\n

Your experience should include:

\n

• \n
• Complete delivery of major ground-up towers
• \n
• Cast-in-place or post-tensioned concrete structures
• \n
• Complex site logistics, tower cranes and hoist operations
• \n
• Structure, envelope, MEP and interior sequencing
• \n
• Management of senior superintendents, assistant superintendents and subcontractors
• \n
• Luxury residential, condominium, hotel or mixed-use construction
• \n
• Ownership of safety, quality, schedule and field performance
• \n
• Strong relationships with owners, design teams and trade partners
• \n

This is not a step-up opportunity for someone looking to gain their first high-rise project. The position requires a proven tower builder who understands the scale, speed and pressure of delivering landmark vertical construction.
