Hanover Iron Works, Inc. is seeking a skilled General Superintendent to join our team. Our team works on exciting construction projects installing stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote proactive safety behavior through regular safety meetings, training, and enforcement.
- Ensure all field operations comply with regulatory requirements, company safety policies, and job/client-specific safety requirements and plans.
- Lead and guide site foreman and overall field installation for miscellaneous metals projects.
- Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to maintain alignment on project goals, resource planning, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate weekly labor schedule and delivery of equipment and materials for each job site.
- Guide leaders in implementing company policies and representing company values.
- Provide expertise and resources in installation of stairs, handrail, CMU bracing, stainless, glass handrail, finish work, AESS, rigging, equipment operation, and partitions framing.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Apply knowledge of the quality system and standards during planning and execution.
- Forecast labor needs and coordinate with field operations leadership for staffing and recruitment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in miscellaneous metals installation preferred.
- Working knowledge of AWS D1.1 and the SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes.
- Experience with relevant software such as Bluebeam, Trimble Connect, and Tekla.
- Current OSHA 30 Certificate preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to fulfill daily regional travel for job site visits and occasional overnight stays.
