General Superintendent – Data Center

A General Superintendent is needed to manage field operations on large-scale data center projects. This is an on-site, hands-on role responsible for coordinating trade contractors, maintaining schedules and budgets, enforcing safety and quality standards, and mentoring project teams. The first project would be located in Ohio

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day field operations and subcontractor work.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.
• Mentor and manage direct reports, including Field Engineers and Superintendents.
• Collaborate with project leadership and support business development efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10–15+ years leading large commercial/industrial construction projects; hyperscale data center experience required.
• OSHA 30, STS-C, and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications.
• Strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Additional Details:

• Salary range: $139,100–$210,000, plus benefits and retirement.
• Experience with all construction phases, scheduling, cost control, and safety enforcement required.
