Job Details

10+ years of commercial construction field experience
Experience as a Superintendent overseeing large-scale commercial construction projects
Previous experience leading multiple Superintendents and field teams
Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and scheduling
Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
Proficiency with project scheduling and construction management software
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Experience driving project safety, quality, and schedule performance
Ability to identify and resolve field issues proactively
Experience mentoring and developing Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites as needed
