If you're ready to lead talented teams, solve complex challenges, and grow with a company that's investing in its people, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind successful project execution, leading field operations from kickoff through closeout.Lead the JobsiteDirect daily field operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivityDevelop and manage project schedules to keep work progressing on timeCoordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for maximum efficiencyPlan work sequencing and proactively resolve field challengesRepresent VMG in meetings with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project partnersChampion SafetyPromote a culture where safety is everyone's responsibilityConduct routine jobsite safety inspections and toolbox talksEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and VMG safety standardsIdentify and resolve hazards while investigating incidents and near missesDeliver QualityEnsure installations meet project specifications, code requirements, and VMG quality expectationsMonitor workmanship and maintain accountability for project performanceProtect company assets, including tools, equipment, and vehiclesManage Project PerformanceComplete daily reports, timesheets, schedules, and documentation accuratelyTrack labor productivity, project costs, invoices, and subcontractor performanceMaintain organized project records from startup through closeoutDevelop Great TeamsLead, mentor, and motivate field crewsEstablish clear expectations and hold teams accountableFoster a collaborative, respectful work environment built on trust and communicationHelp develop the next generation of field leadersWhat You BringWe're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership.Qualifications5+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projectsHVAC, Plumbing, or MEP experience strongly preferredProven success leading field teams and coordinating complex commercial projectsStrong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, manpower planning, and cost controlAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsOSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management softwareExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license with reliable transportationWhy Join VMG?At VMG, we know our people are our greatest strength.
