Opportunity
Leads day-to-day operations of Assembly at our Arkansas Faucets Operations, responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability.
Providing highly visible frontline leadership and continuous improvement across the valuestream.
Specific Responsibilities
Operations Leadership Achieves required output levels for throughput and assembly times. Develops assembly leads and supervisors for continued growth and effectiveness. Establishes and maintains an effective 5S culture. Develops and enforces standard work conducts audits as needed. Communicates daily on PH2 targets and schedule adherence. Conducts daily Tier 2 meetings participates in production meetings.
Continuous Improvement Identifies and drives improvements throughout the value stream with focus on customer delivery. Leads waste elimination projects. Guides development of the model cell. Promotes and executes TPM programs. Establishes OEE baselines and improvement targets. Creates a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.
