General Surgeon needed in Mattoon, IL - $525,000 + Bonuses + 75K Sign-on

• Support:  4 Physicians and 1 APP

  • Clinic located in the hospital building for easy access to surgery department and floor consults
  • One physician also does vascular and some thoracic
  • Two physicians also do basic bariatric
• Requirements:
  • Must be BE/BC in General Surgery
  • candidate must have an interest in building a breast or bariatric practice
  • Must also do some general surgery and participate in general surgery call
• Compensation:
  • $525,000
  • Bonus based on RVU production
  • Quality bonus potential - 10% of base salary
• Benefits: Full Benefits
  • $75,000 Sign-on bonus
  • $60,000 total retention bonus
  • $15,000 in relocation reimbursement 
  • 33 days of PTO
  • 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
  • Malpractice with tail included at no cost
