Facility: All Saints Hospital, Racine and Franklin Hospital, Franklin

Schedule: Full Time

Sign On Bonus: $30,000

Productivity Incentive: RVU

CME Allowance: $4,000

Relocation Allowance: $10,000

What You Will Do:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated General Surgeon to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system. 

 

  • Join an established team of 3 other surgeons.
  • Patients are a mix of general surgical and trauma related cases
  • Call structure: M-F and Weekend Call 1:4
  • Schedule: 36 hours patient facing and/or surgical 4 hours of administrative time.  Average 15-18 patients per day in clinic
  • Practice Setting: The clinic is at All Saints at this time.  Surgical potentially at both Franklin and All Saints.
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality medical services by expertly evaluating and treating patients using state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic skills.1
  • Coordinate comprehensive care by providing specialty consultations for both inpatient and outpatient settings and managing the full patient journey, including seamless discharge planning with case management.1
  • Advance the overall quality and value of care by recommending and participating in initiatives designed to improve cost effectiveness and patient outcomes.1
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, serving as the admitting, attending, or consulting physician to ensure continuous and coordinated care, especially for patients requiring hospitalization.1
  • Ensure all patient documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely, compliant manner to support high-quality medical records and expedite insurance processes.
What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
