Providence Saint Johns Health Center is seeking a fellowship-trained Surgical Oncologist/General Surgeon to join a collaborative team delivering high-acuity cancer and general surgery care with an emphasis on minimally invasive techniques and innovation. The role offers a mix of clinic, surgery, and research supported by a strong care team infrastructure and close alignment with Saint Johns Cancer Institute.
Position Duties
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
Where Youll Work Youll be based at Providence Saint Johns Health Center in Santa Monica, part of a nationally recognized 266-bed hospital with core strengths that include oncology. The practice is closely connected to Providence Saint Johns Cancer Institute, which is described as a research-focused institute dedicated to advanced therapeutics, translational science, and evidence-based cancer care with continuous interaction between researchers and physicians involved in day-to-day patient treatment. Youll join a collaborative multi-specialty group environment (PSMG) that emphasizes individualized care in a setting supportive of both.
