Call Pay: $650/$1,000 scheduled call of 7 nights p/m
Ability to pick up extra call for extra pay: $1,300/$2,000 for additional call taken
You manage your weekly OR to Clinic schedule
Get to know your patients, seeing an average of 8-10 on OR days and 12 on Clinic days (with room for growth)
Keep your medical practice sharp by performing a wide range of procedures including B&B, endoscopy, LAP hernia, colon, gall bladder, appendectomy, no C-sections
Open to launching new service lines to match your skillset
No ICU in this 25-bed critical access hospital, with very little trauma
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation salary: $505,000 annual base salary, with additional productivity bonus based on wRVUs, and paid call.
