Seeking a full-time board-eligible board-certified General Surgeon with an additional certification in Surgical Critical Care to join a collegial group of surgeons at Providence Regional Medical Center Everetts growing Trauma program. This established acute-care surgery service is one of the busiest in the state while the Level II trauma service continues to grow with over 4000 patients in the 2026 registry. Position Details

Full-time flexible shift-based schedule 157 12-hour shifts per year The surgeon will cover 12-hour day and night shifts as the trauma and acute care surgeon or as the intensivist in a dedicated SICU Procedures include minimally invasive cholecystectomy, appendectomy, lysis of adhesions, colectomies, and soft tissue procedures

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is between $508,729 and $655,146 per year Sign on bonus and relocation assistance is available The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Qualifications & Requirements

5 to 10 years of surgical experience preferred but new graduates and fellows are welcome to apply Double board required - General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care ATLS training required
