Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Proven competence in performing a full scope of bread-and-butter general surgery cases
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of skilled surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in a busy surgical practice environment preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain Texas medical licensure
- Ability to participate in paid ER call (1:3 schedule)
- Commitment to practicing in a family-friendly community with excellent schools and outdoor amenities
- Willingness to work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with a da Vinci Xi Surgical Robot
- No specific certification/license requirements aside from medical license; additional certifications may enhance candidacy
