Job Description
General Surgical Pathologist with GI expertise - Las Vegas NV Quest Diagnostics is currently seeking an APCP board-certified pathologist with GI expertise to join our collegial practice in Las Vegas NV.
Responsibilities
• This key position will be seated at the main lab with some rotating to hospital sites and will work with a mix of hospital and outpatient pathology cases that include GI, Breast, GYN, GU, and other routine pathology cases. • The case mix includes biopsies, resections, and frozen sections. • Pathologists with 1 to 3 years of experience preferred • Strong customer focus and understanding of laboratory operations • Ability to communicate with high-level decision makers in the organization
Qualifications
• Medical Degree required • Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology • GI pathology fellowship from an accredited program desired • Current valid unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Nevada or eligible to obtain licensure
