The successful candidate will:

• Work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to support pupils with additional needs.
• Provide individual and small-group support to help children achieve their learning goals.
• Deliver interventions and personalised learning activities.
• Foster children's confidence, independence and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Help create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and able to succeed.
• Demonstrate our school values of love, courage, service and resilience through their work with children and the wider school community.
