General Teacher Positions (Infants–Twos)

The Early Learning Village at Nashville Christian School is seeking passionate, qualified educators to join our team. Applications for teaching positions are accepted year-round.

Nashville Christian School Early Learning Village is seeking caring and dependable Teachers for our Infant, Toddler, or Twos classrooms. This role supports the Lead Teacher in daily routines, supervision, and hands-on care within a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High school diploma required; early childhood experience preferred

• Ability to meet the physical demands of childcare

• Commitment to Christian values and teamwork

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time, year-round position with scheduled holidays and breaks

• Pay range: $15–$17 per hour, depending on background and experience
