Our team is dedicated to innovation and precision, delivering cutting-edge solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.---Key Responsibilities:Technical Support:· Assist with composite manufacturing processes, including layup, infusion, and filament winding.· Provide technical support for production operations.· Operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.Maintenance and Troubleshooting:· Perform routine maintenance and inspections of manufacturing equipment.· Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or processes, implementing solutions as needed.· Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.Quality Assurance:· Conduct inspections of components during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards.· Document production processes and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.Collaboration and Teamwork:· Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to meet production goals and deadlines.· Assist in training new team members on manufacturing processes and equipment.· Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.Process Improvement:· Provide feedback on manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.· Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.---Qualifications:Education and Experience:· High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certifications preferred.· Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus but not required.Technical Skills:· Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery.· Basic understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.· Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.Work Ethic and Teamwork:· Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
