Carpentry Trade Supervisor

Direct Hire | Full-Time | Onsite
Salary: $95,000–$125,000
Our client is seeking an experienced Carpentry Trade Supervisor to oversee a team of carpenters, foremen, and temporary labor on commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and career development.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily carpentry operations and job site activities
  • Lead and mentor carpenters, foremen, and temporary labor
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and workflow
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
  • Maintain strong communication with project teams and leadership
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of commercial carpentry or construction experience
  • Previous Foreman or Supervisory experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities in a fast-paced environment
