Location: Dayton, NJ

Pay Rate: $21.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Partners Personnel is hiring General Labor / Fulfillment Associates in Dayton, NJ!

We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, preparing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently.

You will work closely with team leads and other associates to help maintain productivity, quality, and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Use an RF scanner to locate and process products
• Package and label orders correctly for shipment
• Verify products and quantities for order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Work effectively with team leads and other warehouse associates
• Assist in other warehouse departments as needed

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to use or learn RF scanning equipment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights and sizes

Preferred Experience

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, or packing experience preferred
• Experience using pallet jacks or hand trucks is a plus
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
