Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory within designated storage locations.
- Conduct cycle counts and assists with inventory control procedures.
- Label, sort, and stage products for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, and other inventory tracking tools.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and equipment issues promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
Day shift: 6:00am-2:30pm: Monday-Friday
Swing Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm: Sunday-Thursday
