General Warehouse Associate - Denver

Inova Staffing is hiring General Laborers for 1st shift at the Iron Mountain location in Denver. This is a temporary assignment expected to last through the end of July, with the potential for continued employment based on performance and business needs.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $21/hr
• Monday-Friday plus OT
• Shift: 8:30am-5pm
• Bonus: $500 Perfect Attendance Bonus

Job Summary:
This is a physical general labor role in a records warehouse. Employees process orders and move materials (files, books, binders, tapes) using manual labor and equipment like carts and pallet jacks. The job requires frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, along with constant physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, and twisting.

Essential Duties:

• Move, arrange, lift, and load boxes, bins, totes, and other stored materials
• Lift up to 50-75lbs
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Load boxes onto pallets, shrink wrap pallets, and assist with truck loading

Requirements:

• Ability to read and write English
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Must have Steel Toe Shoes or Steel Boots
