General Warehouse Associate

Location: Leaders Furniture Distribution Center - Largo, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Pay: $15.00 - $16.00/hour + team-based incentive pay

What You'll Do

Scan, Sort & Move: Use handheld scanners to manage inventory with speed and accuracy. Prep for Delivery: Load furniture onto trucks with care and teamwork Rotate & Grow: Train across Receiving, Quality Control, and Lift Operation Keep It Clean: Maintain a safe, organized workspace Operate Equipment: Get certified as a forklift operator

What It Takes

Ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with help) Comfort with physical tasks: standing, walking, kneeling, pushing Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
