Job Title: Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift (La Vergne, TN)

Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.50 / hour

POSITION

Abacus Staffing is currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our Clients growing team in La Vergne, TN. This position involves working with essential medical supplies in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic who are ready to secure a stable schedule with excellent growth potential.

SHIFT & SCHEDULE

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks safely and efficiently.
• Palletize, wrap, and stack medical supply products according to company standards.
• Move stock, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Attendance: Exceptional dependability and punctuality are strictly required (Attendance is key).
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, bend, reach, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Environment: Ability to work comfortably in a non-climate-controlled environment (warm in summer, cool in winter).
• Hiring Process: Successful completion of an interview is required for placement.
