Warehouse Associate

Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will perform a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order pulling, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

Fastener or warehouse experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, pays attention to detail, works well with others, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive and unload incoming shipments and verify products and quantities
• Stock and organize products in the correct warehouse locations
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Prepare and process outbound shipments including UPS, FedEx, and freight
• Assist customers with Will Call orders
• Use computer systems and RF scanners to process inventory and orders
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities, locations, and traceability information
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or missing product
• Work closely with Receiving, Shipping, and Order Pulling teams to maintain an efficient workflow
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Report safety hazards or other issues to the supervisor promptly

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing 50+ lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of an 8+ hour shift
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform other physical warehouse duties

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 10:00 - 6:00pm

Overtime may occasionally be required and must be authorized by management.
