General Warehouse Worker

Overview

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate in our Windsor Locks location. This warehouse is a distribution center for small car parts. They ship brakes, brake pads, rotors, shoes, drums and a variety of other small car parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with other warehouse candidates to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
• Knowledge of materials handling techniques.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for effective stocking and inventory control.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
