Production Associate – Job Overview
A Production Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations throughout the door components manufacturing process. This position involves rotating through various tasks and stations, helping to maintain efficient, high-quality production. A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and adaptability is essential.
What You Will Do
Perform general production tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, sorting, and stacking
Rotate through different positions as needed, including assisting Machine Operators
Help ensure quality control for every order
Take ownership of your work area with a focus on Total Quality Management (TQM)
