Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm | Required to work onsite.

Position Summary:
The HR Generalist is a key member of a high-performing, dynamic Human Resources team accountable for delivering business results in a high growth, fast-paced organization. The position is a critical liaison within the human resources department to facilitate an exceptional onboarding experience for candidates and continued support within the lifecycle of an employee. As a team member, you will work with the HR department and BI managers to suggest and implement solutions and manage risk.Your talent and expertise in the areas of people practices will assist in the streamlining of processes and enhancing employee satisfaction by supporting the HRIS platform. This position supports the continued integration of HR processes and tools within one system to enable employee and manager self-services, standardize HR practices, integrate data, manage workflow, and capture data/metrics. This position supports a company of nearly 3000 employees in multiple states with aggressive growth and expansion plans.
Your Role and What You'll Do:
- Background and drug screening process management.
- HR process refinement and continuous improvement.
- Pre-employment process workflow and best practices.
- Responsible for I-9 management, with SME proficiency.
- Ensure accurate and complete employee files within HRIS.
- Create reports in HRIS system and report on metrics.
- Employee records management and audits.
- Support continued automation of HR functions within HRIS.
- Assist with supporting the buildout of HRIS modules in HRIS.
- Liaison with unemployment claim administration.
- Assist with LOA program; provide support within HRIS to coordinate and manage leave of absence issues and compliance.
- Participate in developing HR strategies to support a rapidly growing company.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team and use data to inform decision-making.
- Tech savvy; experience with HRIS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of HR experience supporting a fast-growing company with a high volume of new hires, preferred.
- PHR/SPHR strongly preferred.
- Tech savvy; experience with HRIS.
- Experience creating, maintaining and auditing new hire paperwork and employee files.
- Prior responsibility managing background vendors.
- SME in employee files and records management.
- Demonstrated experience working within HRIS to manage the employee experience from a single platform (Paycom experience preferred).
- Experience with core HR services such as LOA, performance management, payroll, benefits, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to multi-task successfully and prioritize HR matters.
- Efficient, organized, and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator (both written and verbal) and patient.
- Sense of urgency & energized by a challenge.
- Enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
