\nThis is a Nuclear role
\nThe project will be executed in carefully planned phases over the next decade, balancing innovation with operational reliability and minimizing impacts to plant operations. This position will contribute to the planning, engineering, licensing, construction, and implementation of next-generation nuclear plant technologies designed to improve plant performance, maintainability, and operator effectiveness.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nSupport project management activities for the Digital I&C SLR modernization program.
\nCoordinate engineering, construction, technical, licensing, and project activities across multiple project phases.
\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
\nCoordinate with engineering teams, construction personnel, technical specialists, project stakeholders, and plant operations.
\nMonitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
\nSupport implementation of digital technologies within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
\nEnsure project activities are executed in accordance with applicable nuclear, safety, quality, engineering, and regulatory requirements.
\nProvide clear project status updates and communicate issues, milestones, and schedule impacts to leadership and stakeholders.
\nSupport planning and execution of work while minimizing impacts to ongoing plant operations.
\nCoordinate project activities associated with modernization of safety-related and non-safety-related I&C systems and main control room technologies.
\nPerform other project management and technical duties as required.
\nRequired / Preferred Qualifications
\nExperience
\n7–8+ years of industry experience in construction, engineering, finance, project management, or a related technical discipline.
\nMinimum of 3 years of demonstrated project management experience.
\nExperience working in the nuclear industry is strongly preferred.
\nExperience supporting engineering, construction, technical projects, or skilled trades is preferred.
\nExperience working in a highly regulated or complex industrial environment is highly desirable.
\nEducation & Certifications
\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline preferred.
\nSkilled trade certification may be considered in lieu of a degree based on relevant experience.
\nPMP certification preferred.
