Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Generative AI / Agentic AI Architect to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of a next-generation enterprise AI platform.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on AI architect with deep expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AWS Cloud, and modern AI orchestration frameworks. This role requires strong technical leadership skills along with the ability to mentor and guide AI engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms from the ground up
Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern Agentic AI frameworks
Define platform architecture, reusable components, security standards, governance, observability, and deployment practices
Lead and mentor AI engineers through architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and delivery
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in Generative AI / Agentic AI
Hands-on experience designing and developing Agentic AI solutions using:
LangGraph / LangChain
Strands Agents
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication
Loop Engineering
AI workflow orchestration and multi-agent architectures
Strong experience building LLM applications including:
Prompt Engineering
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Function Calling
Tool Calling
Memory Management
AI Guardrails
Strong AWS experience with:
Amazon Bedrock
EKS / ECS
Lambda
API Gateway
Step Functions
S3
DynamoDB / Aurora
IAM
CloudWatch
Strong Python development skills
Experience with FastAPI and REST APIs
React / TypeScript experience
Experience with Vector Databases, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Understanding of Generative UI (GenUI) concepts and AI-driven user experiences
Qualifications
P Experience building enterprise AI platforms from concept to production
P Healthcare experience, especially payer data experience
P Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, Security, and Observability
P AWS Solution Architect or AI/ML certifications preferred
P Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
