Generative AI Architect
Alpharetta, GA (Day 1 onsite joining NO REMOTE)

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- 5+ years experience in the insurance industry as an architect, along with hands on development experiences is preferred.
- 10+ years in designing end to end architectures in On-Prem and AWS Cloud environment using Mule, API Gateways, RESTful APIs, Rabbit MQ, React.js, databases (vector, SQL, NoSQL) and other enterprise systems.
- 10+ years Experience in Agile SDLC process and DevOps/DevSecOps.
- Working with large teams and ability to collaborate with business, technology, and other cross functional teams to drive solution development.
- Experienced in developing architecture blueprints, sequence diagrams, dataflow diagrams, interface specifications, data models (logical/physical) and other solution architecture artifacts and deliverables.
- Experienced in creating and delivering presentations to cross functional stake holders to gain alignment.
- Optional - 1+ year Generative AI experience with a good understanding of RAG. Prefer some hands-on implementation experience.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Gen AI architecture strategies, best practices, and standards.
- Design and implement solutions that involve large-scale AI architectures, including LLMs, and deployment strategies.
- Utilize expertise in cloud platforms for Gen AI deployment and management.
- Analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement appropriate Gen AI technologies.
- Ensure the quality and availability of data needed for Gen AI models.
- Monitor Gen AI system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Provide technology transformation and help with successful delivery execution in Claims/ Underwriting.
- Develop architecture strategies like creating reference architectures, new product, technology & framework evaluations.
- Understand the Claims and UW systems and design solution that best fits the needs.
- Design Cloud and API driven solutions.
- Cross collaboration/designing with Integration (e.g., MuleSoft) and Pega.
