Generative AI Full Stack Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and full-stack application development, with hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. The candidate should be highly proficient in Python, SQL, Linux, REST APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), with experience integrating AI agents, vector databases, enterprise systems, and cloud services. Strong full-stack development skills are required, including React/Next.js, TypeScript, backend API development, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, cloud-native architectures, secure coding practices, and production deployment of scalable AI solutions is essential for success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

Generative AI and LLM Development

• Design and develop GenAI applications using enterprise LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI and related model services.
• Build agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures for business and technical use cases.
• Integrate vector databases and semantic search capabilities to improve knowledge retrieval accuracy.
• Build AI copilots, chatbots, virtual assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
• Apply prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning techniques to improve AI response quality.

MCP and AI Integration

• Implement Model Context Protocol integrations to connect LLM applications with tools, data sources, and business systems.
• Develop reusable AI orchestration patterns for APIs, databases, files, and enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Design context management, memory, and tool-calling strategies for AI agents.

Backend Development

• Develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Create RESTful APIs, microservices, and secure integration services.
• Design, query, and optimize SQL databases for application and reporting needs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, logging, and secure coding practices.

Frontend Development

• Build responsive web applications and dashboards using React, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate AI-powered user experiences into enterprise web applications.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and business teams to deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Linux, DevOps, and Operations

• Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based application environments.
• Automate deployment and operational tasks using scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contain erize services using Docker and support deployments on Kubernetes or cloud platforms.
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and security in production environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong Python and SQL skills.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building GenAI, LLM, or AI-enabled applications.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and LLM integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of API development, backend services, frontend application development, and Linux environments.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and production-ready enterprise applications.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 a year
