Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced operations specialist to manage access and provide frontline support for a suite of generative AI tools. This role involves processing access requests, troubleshooting common issues, and maintaining essential documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively across multiple platforms, and possess hands-on experience with AI and SaaS administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process generative AI tool access requests based on defined policies.
- Provide Tier 1 support, troubleshoot common user issues, and escalate complex problems.
- Audit tool usage, manage seat capacity, and generate usage reports.
- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge base content.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor account managers.
Must-Have Skills:- Proven experience in SaaS administration, including user and seat management.
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools used in media/content workflows.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Domain/Industry Experience:Media, entertainment, marketing, or digital content environments.
