Compensation:

• $100,000 - $160,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:

• Meet with homeowners through company-scheduled appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and evaluate customer needs.
• Present premium standby generator solutions and financing options.
• Educate customers on energy security, comfort, and home protection.
• Manage the customer journey from consultation through installation.
• Maintain communication with customers and installation teams to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
• Participate in sales training and ongoing professional development.

What We Need From YOU:

• Proven sales success in a commission-driven environment
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Confident presenting premium solutions to homeowners
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Minimum two years of sales experience
• Luxury automotive sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services preferred
• Generator experience not required. We provide comprehensive training
