Generator Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Generator Service Manager to oversee our generator service department, technicians, scheduling, customer service, and daily operations.ResponsibilitiesManage and dispatch generator service technicians.Schedule maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls.Oversee troubleshooting and repairs of standby generators and transfer switches.Assist technicians with difficult technical issues.Communicate with customers and provide repair recommendations and estimates.Manage parts, inventory, service vehicles, and equipment.Monitor job progress, service quality, and technician performance.Ensure all work is completed safely and according to manufacturer specifications and applicable codes.Coordinate with installation, sales, and office staff.QualificationsPrevious experience with standby generators.Service management or supervisory experience preferred.Strong knowledge of electrical systems and transfer switches.Experience with Generac, Kohler, Cummins, or similar generators preferred.Knowledge of propane and natural gas systems.Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills.Valid driver's license.Ability to work occasional after-hours or emergency calls.We OfferPaid time off and holidaysTraining and certification opportunities401K and Health InsuranceIf you are an experienced generator professional with strong leadership and customer-service skills, we want to hear from you!Apply today with your resume and generator service experience.
