Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential standby generator systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Install new generator systems and related electrical components
• Provide exceptional customer service during service calls and installations
• Accurately document work performed and maintain service records
Qualifications
• Prior experience servicing or installing generators (Generac experience a plus)
• Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
