Genesys Reporting Analyst
We are seeking a Reporting Analyst with advanced knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing Tableau or PowerBI solutions, with a strong background in contact center reporting concepts, as well as expertise in big data, noSQL, and SQL data query/extraction coding. Required 5 to 7 years of experience resource.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
- Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
- Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, noSQL, and SQL technologies.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards, including Genesys Cloud CX.
- Skills: Proficient in Tableau and/or PowerBI design and development.
