Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support field programs at contaminated and Superfund sites, including oversight of drilling, monitoring well installation, and sampling of groundwater, surface water, sediment, and soils.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute complex field programs, including subcontractor management and junior staff direction.
- Conduct hydrogeologic investigations, and geophysical and geotechnical testing.
- Prepare and review work plans, technical reports, and supporting documentation for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform data interpretation, analysis, and reporting for environmental characterization and remediation projects.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality protocols.
- Manage tasks for large projects or phases of smaller projects, developing both project management and client relationship skills.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
