The BCBA will complete assessments, detailed documentation, develop behavior support strategies, and provide supervision and guidance for direct care behavioral staff in the home.
Schedule: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week) Pay Range: $65–$85/hr (Contract/1099) Annual Equivalent (20–25 hrs/week): $67,600–$110,500/year Must be a Georgia Medicaid provider OR willing to enroll as one
Responsibilities Include:
Behavioral assessments and behavior plan developmentSupervision and oversight of RBTs/behavioral aidesParent/caregiver education and supportAccurate documentation and timely reporting
